Uniserv's History

Uniserv has been outfitting businesses and franchisees with custom branded uniform programs since 1972.  We are a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art, coast-to-coast business operating on a global scale.  Through an exclusive on-line ordering portal, Uniserv efficiently manages multi-chain uniforms ordering and fulfillment with a few easy clicks.

In 1972, Uniserv Advertising was established by Joseph J. Suchecki in the small town of Avon NJ. Like many small businesses, Uniserv started out in Joe’s home, but was quickly moved to an office location in Belmar, NJ. Joe personally provided promotional products to many companies in the Tri-State Area, until 1996 when Joe’s son, Glen Suchecki, joined the company.

In 1997, Joe retired and Glen took over Uniserv Advertising, which quickly grew into a premiere promotional products company. In 1999, embroidery equipment was added to better service customers and shortly thereafter, screen print equipment was added. Later that year, a 12,000 square foot office/warehouse/ production facility was purchased in Neptune City, NJ; allowing room for larger scale operations.

In 2004, after recognizing the importance of overseas products (significantly lower prices), Uniserv established 5 Kids Group, LLC. This company provides overseas sourcing on a direct basis from areas such as Asia, Central America, Egypt, and other parts of the world. With overseas agents in place and a solid manufacturing base, Uniserv can provide promotional products, apparel, uniforms, hats, and any other high quality items at amazing prices.

In 2010, Uniserv invested in a new web portal system for chain uniform purchases. This new software has greatly streamlined the ordering process by integrating directly into the company’s software.

In 2016, Uniserv purchased an additional 29,000 square foot commercial warehouse located a few minutes from the existing facility.

In 2017, the Cool & Dry Cooler was launched. It is a patented, unique cooler designed to keep your food dry.

In 2018, Uniserv launched a new and improved web portal & inventory management system.

A West Coast Facility is planned for 2019.
